Payment:

A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid one week before arrival.

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation within 7 days of booking confirmation
• 50% charge for cancellations 7–30 days before arrival
• 100% charge within 30 days of arrival or no-show
• If, due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the agreed rental period needs to be cancelled by B&B Il Sogno, the guest will be notified as soon as possible. In either case, we will provide the guest with an alternative offer as soon as possible. If this is not possible or the guest does not accept the offered alternative, the full down payment will be refunded.

Other:

• Smoking is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Use of facilities and grounds is at your own risk.
• We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Despite our best efforts, it is still possible you may have a complaint or comment. We ask that you report any complaints to us immediately so we can make every reasonable effort to resolve them.
• B&B Il Sogno is not liable for damage resulting from natural disasters, terrorist attacks, power outages, strikes, acts of violence, or accidents.
• B&B Il Sogno is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft suffered by guests during their stay.
• Air conditioning is included in the room rate. We ask our guests to use this in an environmentally friendly and responsible manner. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving your room. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to enter the room and turn off the air conditioning. This is to prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
